Processing time- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays.) You'll then receive your order confirmation email. Then another when your order has shipped + tracking. During high volume periods such as holidays or sales, processing times may take longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped, the tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Damages- Llblashes.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
